How it Works ???

Mobile1Alert is as simple to use as, 1,2, 3. Just follow sets shown on the website.

1. Select the mobile phone wallpaper that you would like to use.

2. Select the make and model of your mobile phone.

3. Click [Submit]

4. You are now looking at the wallpaper image that you have chosen.

5. Place your cursor in the yellow box and type in your emergency contacts name. Move the cursor to the second box and add their phone number.

6. Click on [Generate and Preview]

7. You should now see the image you have chosen and your contacts name and phone number. Confirm at this time they are correct. If not go back to the previous step.

8. To add your emergency wallpaper to your mobile phone there are two ways to do so.


1. For this procedure you must have A. a cable or Bluetooth adapter and the software to connect your mobile phone with your computer. Most modern phones now come with these accessories. If you are not certain consult with a friend or someone familiar connecting a mobile phone to a computer.

Place your mouse cursor in the middle of the wallpaper image; right click, carefully move the cursor now to the words, 'Save Picture As'.., left click. A new window will open up. At the top there is a dropdown arrow. Left click the arrow and another window will open. Left click on desktop. In the same window towards the bottom you will see a white box and text that says, ' File name:' put your cursor in the white box and type in something like My Wallpaper or any other words you can recognize on your desktop display. Now go to the top of the Mobile1Alert page and minimize it. Next go to your desktop and look for an icon image and the name of your wallpaper that you typed. Now open up or launch you mobile phone / computer program, sometimes named [Your mobile phone name] and PC Suite. Open up this program. Find the folder named 'File manager'. Open up this folder and look for another folder named Pictures. Put you cursor on the wallpaper image and name you added; hold down left button on your mouse and move or drag the icon to the picture folder. You do not need to open up the folder, just put the icon on top of the folder and release the mouse button. Your wallpaper is now in the this folder and transferred to your mobile phone.

Next open up your mobile phone and look for Tools, Settings File Manager anything that provides an editing function for the mobile wallpaper. You may have to review your mobile phone user's manual.

Find the folder 'Picture'. You should see the wallpaper you transferred to this folder. Move the cursor over your image. Look for use as; it will give you more options. Use your image as wallpaper, or screen saver. Chose whatever you wish. After you have chosen your image and saved it. Exit everything and go back to your first screen. You should now see you wallpaper and your contact name and phone number.

Important: Many mobile phone screens are designed differently your contact person's name may be partly covered up by the bar at the bottom of your screen. If this is the case go back to our website un-minimize the screen and perform one last step.

On the last page you visited with Mobile1Alert you will see at the bottom; Move contact info [up]. This is an editing feature we have developed so you can move your contact persons name and phone number so it is fully visible. In the display box you will see; Default Position. There is also a dropdown to the right. If you need to move your contact persons name and number up on your mobile wallpaper screen then choose a pixel count that will move your information up. Depending on how much will you need to move your information, we recommend 20 to 30 pixels to start with. Once you have chosen the pixel count, then click [Regenerate Wallpaper] wait a few seconds until it makes the change. Once you see your image re-appear then you are free to start the process over that you did previously. Right click on the image; Save picture as move it to your desktop and follow the same procedure as before.
